This is my most recent stitch and I absolutely loved it – the colours for the flowers were very muted and cute and I love the motto in the middle – for me, cross stitching is my own calm. Another great pattern from Sew Sophie Crafts.

I got this kit for Christmas and it’s probably the most colours I’ve ever had in a pattern but it was so rewarding to stitch and it looks beautiful!

This was another in the set of 13 Disney Princesses which I unfortunately can’t link to because the pattern has been taken down from Etsy.

I just love the orange hair!

I love this pattern and the colours, but every time I look at it, it just annoys me that I messed up reading the pattern on the ‘O’ and it’s too wide on the left and too narrow on the right. No-one else probably notices it but it’s just all I can see!

This pattern came with the She Reads Truth advent book in 2019 and this was actually the pattern that got me started with the cross stitch bug! It’s definitely a Christmas pattern but I keep it out all year just because it makes me smile so much to know it introduced me to such a calming hobby.

This pattern was included in the She Reads Truth advent book in 2020 – one of a set of three. I just think it’s so adorable – I don’t know if Cardinals are Christmas birds in America but in the UK it’s cute enough to keep out all year round!

Isn’t this pattern just the cutest? The colours just drew me in and it looks even better in real life!

I stitched this pattern for Christmas last year – I absolutely love the way the three characters are formed into the heart. It took a little longer than I expected to complete – the top sections of the heart took ages to fill in!

If I was to do this again, I’d probably try and find a more accurate skin colour as the pattern seems a little white-washed, but I still love it anyway, it makes me smile!
